HOMRA's second-in-command, informant, and one of the three founders. He's old friends with both Mikoto and Totsuka, but thrust into a new world with no memories (and being dead on top of that), it makes it difficult to rebuild those bonds. Who knows how it'll be when their bond is gone?
Exceptions to the memories: - Izumo will remember the word 'King', but the word has no meaning to him. - He remembers hearing her scream out a name on a sky glittered with red. The name is muted to him, so he doesn't know what name she called out. - Izumo remembers her being with him when they were burning something. He doesn't know what it was for, though. - Memories of her being locked up in a cage, but Izumo doesn't understand why she was locked up. The word 'King' will pop up here, followed by the familiar Red Aura and her breaking out. - HOMRA is not part of the memory regain for reasons. - Honami, Anna's aunt, is a blurred figure in his memories and so is her name. He understands that she's important to Anna, though.
